Although we've appreciated the opportunity to serve our thousands of users over the past three and a half years, we regret that is now closed. The site is no longer open to new registrations. All user data has been permanently removed from the system.

Alternatives to

We created because we weren't satisified with existing online document-sharing options. In the three and a half years since we launched Approver, many new options have become available, some of which are free to users.

For basic file and document sharing, we like Dropbox.

If you're looking for a more sophisticated document sharing system for a corporate organization, we recommend Alfresco, an enterprise content management system which is also open source.
